Zen Intent provides AI-enriched business lead generation services. We scrape, verify, score, and enrich business contact data from publicly available sources and deliver it to you in your chosen format (spreadsheet or Zen Portal).
All orders are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. One-time orders are charged at the time of purchase. Subscription orders are billed monthly. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the agreed amount.
Spreadsheet orders are typically delivered within 24-48 hours. Zen Portal setup takes 3-5 business days. Intelligence-upgraded orders may take additional time for enrichment. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
We stand behind our lead quality. If you are unsatisfied with the leads delivered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement leads or a partial refund at our discretion.
Leads provided by Zen Intent are for legitimate business outreach purposes only. You agree not to use the data for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR where applicable.
Referral bonuses are credited when a referred user completes their first paid order. Bonus leads are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
Zen Intent provides leads on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, response rates, or business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
