Terms of Service

By accessing or using Zen Intent's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the platform.

Zen Intent provides AI-powered lead generation services. We deliver enriched business lead data including contact information and intent scoring, together with enrichment covering technology stack analysis, review sentiment, company size signals, and decision-maker profiles. Leads are sourced from publicly available data and enriched using proprietary AI technology.

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information, either with an email address and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect limited device characteristics at registration and sign-in to prevent fraudulent or duplicate accounts.

• Lead credits are purchased as one-time packs or monthly subscription plans
• Credits can be used across any available industry and location; a single request can return up to 500 leads
• The credit cost per lead is shown before you confirm a request
• If a request cannot be fully filled, the credits for undelivered leads are returned to your balance automatically
• One-time credits do not expire. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle
• The free plan includes a one-time welcome gift of credits; gift credits have no cash value
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside the platform

You agree to use the lead data provided by Zen Intent only for legitimate business purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense lead data to third parties
• Use lead data for unlawful purposes, harassment, or spam
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI scoring or enrichment systems
• Scrape, crawl, or automated-access our platform without written permission
• Use our services in violation of any applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or TCPA

While we strive for high accuracy, lead data is sourced from public information and may contain inaccuracies. Zen Intent does not guarantee 100% accuracy of contact information, business details, or lead scores. Lead scores are AI-generated estimates and should be used as guidance, not guarantees.

If we deliver fewer leads than you requested, the credits for the undelivered leads are returned to your balance automatically, with no request needed. In addition, if more than 20% of leads in a delivery batch have invalid or unreachable contact information, we will replace those leads at no additional charge. Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of lead delivery. We do not offer refunds for leads that were accurately delivered but did not convert.

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Payment is due at the time of purchase for one-time orders. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on each renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All content, features, and functionality of the Zen Intent platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software, are the exclusive property of Zen Intent and are protected by intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zen Intent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any unused credits will be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

We may modify these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, you will be asked to review and accept the updated terms the next time you sign in, and you will not be able to continue using the platform until you do. The current version, with its last updated date, is always available on this page.
